There is no need to worry about water evaporation anymore now that the Eshopps’ new Auto Top-Off Reservoir Tank. Now they are available in three sizes and all come with a shut-off valve and monitoring window.
Reservoir tank helps to maintain the water level in sumps.

I like this design with the drain at the bottom. I could see easily adding some options that could make it more versatile for more applications.

More ports at the bottom if you want more than one output. I use 2 outputs; one for my ATO, and one to feed my Kalk reactor.
Something at the top if you want to hook it directly into your RO/DI system. It would require another float valve though.

These are the 2 things that come to the top of my head. I really want to get a box like this instead of my 10g aquarium, it would be easier to add these option by drilling plastic vs glass.

If you need someone to test it out for you and review it, just let me know! I'll hook it up completely different than what is in that video and then review it.

Right now I have RO/DI going into a 50 gallon storage above my sink with an ATO to my sump. Problem right now is change outs I have to drain water into a 5g bucket add salt and then add to system. Time consuming.

I agree with zesty I like the design but I too would want an ATO at the top of this for my RO/DI and one more output on the bottom. Then I could make the 50g makeup water for change outs.

Looks promising. What are the measurements for the 5 and 10?
