I've had a larger female and smaller male O. clown for about three months now. She still chases him around the tank and is a bully at times. But they sleep together side by side upsidedown in the same corner every night. I have an LTA but as they are tank raised they don't know to host him and I've yet to see them attempt to host anything else either. My question is, if they were mated would the female still be a bully? I've heard the term mated pair all the time but no one tells you how their behavior changes. I'm simply curious. I suppose if I saw eggs then I would know. At that point I would try to salvage them in one of the small breeder boxes that simply hang on the inside of your tank with the small slits in it...
