Please give the exact params. When is the last time you changed bulbs? Any changes to the normal routine? Have you changed products?

Pics of the corals in question will help also including a shot of all of them if possible.

It could be the change of lights. I bet the 3 MH are much brighter/intense than the T5 was. Light shock?

Not sure why you're reading Nitrite. Maybe I missed it, but can you clarify how old has the tank been established for?

I am leaning to lighting changes. You should be able to replace the T5HO ballasts with Sylvania or Philips just won't be overdriven. I think between the lights out period and the loss of the ballasts that is your problem. Get a good T5HO ballast on there pronto. You might get lucky and find some 660's out there also. The 175W bulbs are good to about 18" penetration the T5HO were good to 30". You will need 250W or 400W MH to replace the T5HO you lost.

My money is on the lighting as well. Also the alk is on the high end, for LPS I would probably shoot for 9 or 10.

How far away from the lighting are they?

Sorry for all the questions. :-/
