    Theoretically, the bubbles will deliver more carbon to the algae, allowing better growth in a smaller space. Practically, however, it depends on how well you build it.

    A UAS would certainly be more convenient inside a nano.

    Is everyone just using bubble wands for their bubbles? For reflector, do I just use a mirror?

    Bigger bubbles/holes are better, but take more air.

    Reflectors are anything safe.

    So is it better for me to make a PVC pipe and drill holes in it and than attach it to a pump. I'm guessing a small pump would do?

    That would make bigger bubbles, but take a much bigger pump. You should get a pump first, and experiment in your sink by drilling holes one at a time.

    Any recommendations on a pump to get? Sorry for all the questions, I am a newbie.

    No, I'm not getting into pumps much. Just look for the LPM or CFM rating. Multi-outlet pumps, and variable pumps, will pump more.

    Could you use a LED equivalent bulb? I see LED bulbs that say 75 watt equivalent.
