    I have a piece that I bought that was pink when I got it. But soon after turned a deep purple color with a blue highlight on the polyps. It has been a very slow grower for me. And honestly, if you want to pay shipping, you can have it. PM me, if you want.

    I have noticed the same with my purple stylo also.

    Purple This one started out about the size of the two branches on the tip. It started spreading on the base and little to no growth on the branches. The base is about 1.5" x 2" now.

    Hmmm...yours doesnt branch much. I can't get mine to encrust anything. All mine will do is branch. Flow pattern/lighting differences I assume. They look great! I'll shoot a pic of mine tomorrow.

    Thanks, minimal encrusting from the Rose until the branches grew out to much, and minimal branching on the Purple. Go figure.
