    It doesn't look that bad from the pic. I normally can see the filter elements inside my clams when there mouth is open. Hope it pulls through

    better yet, get a piece of rubble that is about 1.5X her size and put it on the sand then have her attach to that.

    Yeah that's a big clam. Probably why it fell off in first place.
