Dr. has to call in a prescription. And there is no prescription to call in as the company that produces Interceptor is temporarily shut down. I had to find a vet that would play nice and had some in stock!

Not too bad, but it was spreading and I wasn't going to ignore what was going on. I get some more pics of the Tyree undata that was browning and dieing around the edges when my lights cut on.

Today everything looks great. Most of my shrimp seem to have lived. Lights are back on and I see nothing but improvement overall... REally strange.... this is the best improvement that I have ever seen overnight... Corals seem brighter, polyps all out, water is crystal clear.. Best single thing I have ever dosed lol.

Now, the suspect bugs are gone.. but did I solve the tissue damage? Guess time will tell. I'll keep you posted over the next month or so!

Tonight I will perform a roughly 50 gallon water change and run fresh carbon. I plan to replace the carbon on Sunday and then run the treatment again middle of next week.

Interceptor kills arthropods. Great to hear the over all system appears to be better but i thinks it might be in your head.
Both times I performed the treatment I also noticed massive polyp extension improvement.
I attributed it to the irritation of the red bugs on the polyps itself. This is also documented by many.
the treatment will not effect the tissue damage but will allow the coral to regrow over the damage with out being attacked again.
I would suggest repeating the treatment at least 2 times. Who knows what the life cycle is of the eggs that your bugs might have.

Yeah, I have also been out of town for a week and am probably just not in the mode of looking every day. I know it won't repair the damage. But so long as nothing is hurting them, they should take care of that on there own!

I will plan on doing the same routine again then and complete it a total of 3 times. A week seems to be the standard, does that sound like the right amount of time between treatments?

Ya a week seems what the recommended wait time between treatments is.

Yeah, that's a good point about eggs. I'm used to red bugs which are live bearers (at least most everyone agrees on this today). Since you're treating for "something else", a couple more treatments sound appropriate. I'd say 1 week apart as well.

Tissue will regrow, so long as it doesn't get infected.

And I'm glad you mentioned running fresh carbon; I forgot to mention that yesterday. :)
