I Want Karma!!!!!!

Let me tell you why.....

A few weeks ago, we got Guitar Hero World Tour. I set it up that evening and we played it. Had a blast. By 5PM the next day, the right cymbal was not working. Someone had spun it around and ripped the wiring out. I was sooooooo angry. So here it is. Major problem. I am not good at this sort of thing. No experience.

So....I went out today and got a mini-RCA mono plug with cable. Spliced that in. That was the easy part. No problem. Tested it out and it worked....but you really had to pound on the cymbal to get it to register. So I figured the connection to the green thingy (circuit board?) was not solid. So I actually soldered two wires to cover the connection and guess what?

IT WORKS!!!!!!!

Life is so good I can't stand it. Just saved $100. Good thing too, because my printer just went out today. ;D;D;D;D;D;D

So load me up folks. I am really proud of myself. Everytime someone comes into the room I remind them of my studliness. And I will remind you all as well. Not just in this thread, but many more to come!!!!

Yeah....well, Bogie, you may have done all that cool work....but I fixed my cymbal. My cymbal. With a soldering iron. And a green circuit board thingy. Cymbal.

 

All I did is glue up the over flow returns, supplies, and manifold T's and valves for the skimmer and other stuff just what you see there. Roger did all the flexible pvc line, valves and fittings you can't see in that pic. I don't fix cymbals though, so you still tha man.

I want karma too. I jacked up a 120 year old house and replace the foundation timbers on it. Then remodeled a bath room in 3 days and then fixed an aircraft simulater. And now I am going to build an addition to someones log cabin and turn the bottom of it into a car port. But to beat all of that I save a butt load of money on my car insurance by switching to geico. Really all is true but the geico part. karma please
