    I had bubble algae really bad in my first tank, covered everything! I tried every method under the sun before and only angered it.

    I hear ya, I just leave it alone. I am even pulled out the emerald crabs since they really did nothing.

    Fox face lo is your best bet with bubble algae.

    It is funny how 1 thing works for some and not others. I used to get small little patches green bubble algae which I manually picked what I could(glad it was small tank and could still pull rocks out. Then got 3 emerald crabs and have not seen bubble algae since. Last emerald crab just died the other day.
