Please post any and all parameters that you can test for. Feeding isn't necessary. I would hold off on doing so.

Your nitrates are through the roof my friend. In a tank with coral you want to it be 10ppm and below. A tank with 15ppm is pushing it. How much do you feed? Your tank is a very new and unstable, it takes time for them to mature... That is why you Favia is small. What is your calcium Alk and mag?

Do a series of small frequent water changes until NO3 gets a bit lower.

cant test cal and mag now I was understanding that 20 to 40 ppm for nitrate (dirtier water) will help my zoas and other softies grow which there growing like weeds if I do drop it to 10ppm will that affect there growth I did want to add right after my original post I dropped a few mini pellets on it and it ate them and now its fully open and seeming to be a lot happy so idk before I was trying to feed him frozen brine shrimp thru a turkey baster but the pellets I just layed on him mayb he wanted food but wasn't getting the shrimp? idk but seems fine now

You will want to keep your nitrates lower thank 20ppm IMO that's high... I have a 29G and I run my nitrates less than 5, so some nitrates are not that bad. But keeping clean stable water will help you with all coral growth.

Corals do not usually show there feeding tentacles during day time. They are nocturnal feeders in the wild to protect themselves from predation.Be careful not to overfeed them.
