Tested all parameters everything is right. All other corals are fine. I believe it has the correct flow its not constantly moving. Should I remove the head?

Any corals near it? How close is a powerhead to it?

Since last night is when I noticed it. I just did a water change on saturday. Gfo and carbon haven't been changed for two weeks, though I did rinse my sponges out.

If its been like that for a day, I'd wait another day. Mine would do this for a day or two then be fine.

Seeing physical signs of decay, and a blue leg has started munching on it, think its a gonner.
:( will keep an eye on the other heads. They look just fine so weird.
