So the last fish inhabitant of my aquarium is about to pass on and after taking a full battery of water parameter test and going with everyone's suggestions on what I thought was a Bristle Worm problem I think the following photographs below would most likely point to some type of water born disease except I'm not expert on marine disease so if you have any thoughts than please chime in. It doesn't seem to affect any of the inverts, clams or corals within the aquarium. Your assistance in advance is greatly appreciated.

+1 on the marine velvet possibility. It hit my 180 hard a few months back. The first signs appeared on my clown. If your able to catch and quarantine that is your best bet. I was able to save my vlamingi and yellow by placing them in a qt tank. It took a month of daily dips in Seachem paraguard and complete cleaning and water changes every 2 days on the qt. luckily they survived and back in the DT. Wait at least a few months for it to cycle before adding anything new. I also put a uv lamp in place to deter future outbreaks

Hope this helps and good luck.

I'm no expert on disease but is something attacking it?... Fins look tore up....my smaller b/w ocellaris looked pale after getting the crap beat out of it from the female for a couple weeks, and its fins looked like that for awhile too....but I've never dealt with the other disease that have been mentioned. Good luck

Kill it. Kill it with fire.

Okay no fire but you need to go fish less for a few weeks

Well he passed this morning and now only inverts remain so there is no need for quarantine. Also there is no need to start over since I am looking to purchase an Ultraviolet Sterilizer and there are no fish left to allow the parasite to reproduce. So that means no livestock additions to the aquarium for at least 1 to 2 months. I'm leaning towards Brooklnella Hostilis.

Sorry for your loss! At least with no fish in there it should be easier to rid the tank of MV.
