Kinda worried now, everytime I looked today, no Hen!

The eggs are nestled in, almost completely covered with brush and down, but I haven't seen the Hen every time I look.

I hope it just my timing, and that all is well

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Hopefully it's getting close to hatch and the eggs are warm enough now that she does not have to sit on them nearly 24/7. It's supposed to be approximately 28 eggs days.

I really hope you do get a hatch. Baby ducks are my favorite animals. Peep peep peep.

They love to eat earthworms in a big big way.

I hope they make it to the hatch too!

If worst comes to worse, I can easily get a bunch of earth worms near my back yard shed.

I'm still hoping the Hen will raise all the way though

    She looks like a Mallard?

When my eggs hatched I just dug up the worms and feed them to the mom and magnificent balls of downy cuteness.

How many days to you think it's been?

    Yes, a Mallard,

I know it's been at least 14-21? Maybe more?

Haven't looked to see if she's there yet this morning, I'll do that soon.

well, if she doesn't come back, you may have to be like the guy on the video :) I'm sure she'll be back. I'm excited to see the little ones.

NO sign of the Hen :-(

The nest is all nestled in, the eggs are almost covered, and I haven't seen the hen on them in over a week.

I'm just going to leave things alone, but I think she was taken somehow, or has abandoned the nest/eggs.

Oh well, such is nature I guess

hopefully she'll be back Todd by the time they hatch. Otherwise you probably will have to step in.

I'm thinking the eggs have already gone bad inside and won't hatch.
