Just wanted to share a project I've been working on for a while. I recently dove into the world of 3D printing and naturally that led me to create things for my Reef Tank.

One of the things I designed and printed was this nozzle that creates a random, oscillating flow pattern but has no moving parts. It has a set of internal spiraling fins that interact with the in-bound flow and randomly vary it's direction as it exits.

I made a video that highlight what it does.

This is a video of it in my 125 gallon Mixed Reef Tank

    what do you think?

I just published a new video that compares and contrasts this new Nozzle to the standard Accelerator Nozzles. These nozzles definitely provide a different kind of flow - check it out.
