Brooklynella

Early this morning I noticed some white spots around and on top of the gills on my percula clownfish. I instantly knew(or thought) it was Brook, due too the fact that it is a wild caught perc. So too take precaution, I caught the clown and put him in my 29QT. I researched brooklynella all day today and came to a certain conclusion on what to do but I still have some questions...

1. I purchased quICK Cure(this was the only source of formalin I could get ahold of for today), and I want to know if anyone has had sucess with this product? I am in the process of making a dip for the clown in a bucket with 2 gallons of water and 2 drops of this quICK Cure(directions on bottle)... Does anyone recc. how long the dip should be? Im thinking 30-40 min, every other day for about a week?

2. How fast/can this spread to other fish. The only other fish in the aquarium that my clown came out of is a lemonpeel hybrid Dwarf Angel. I did not move him to the QT seeing that he had no symptoms. Can Brook spread to other fish and how long should I leave the tank empty for the Brook to die off?

3. To catch my clown, im using a net, but I saw saying to use a plastic bag to avoid contact with the skin... Which one is better?

4. Everytime I get new clownfish, should I dip them in Formalin to make sure they are free of brook while in the QT'ing process?

Personally I would not buy wild clowns nor would I prophylatically dip with formalin, but that is just me.
