    Hello all,
I havent posted in a long time but I do cruise the site frequently. Ive had a Tri-Color Mille in my tank for approximately 6 months. During this time I have seen some growth but not much. It has good color at the tips but from there down the branches on the coral lose color almost completely. My tank is dominated by SPS corals. This one coral seems to be the ONLY coral with the problem. Several of my SPS conlonies are frequented by a small army of Acro Crabs that I have acquired over time. But I have never seen them in this particular coral. Do Acro Crabs eat AEFW? I dipped the coral tonight with CoralRX. The results indicate I may have AEFW on this Mille. If I do have AEFW why do NONE of the other corals show any symptoms? Thoughts comments criticism please.

The coral turns white after the tips. Polyps are still evident however PE is poor. This has gone on for months. And the dip tonight makes me believe something else is at play here.

Thats okay. I havent done much with the page/videos in months but I do plan to do so now that winter has a firm grip and keeping me inside!

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Some hobbyist live with AEFW.

There is a consistent theory out there that when you kill of the Acropora crabs and or treat for Red bugs you allow the AEFW to flourish, they are not kept in check by what others would consider pest.

There is a balance I guess and when you disturb that balance by removing one the the components such as Red Bugs you give the other components a chance to gain the upper hand.
