Efforts to battle the green blue cyano have been unsuccessful as well as low alk. My solution is to ramp up water changes from every two weeks to once a week. I currently am doing ten percent changes. This amount will not change, just how often I do it will change. As you are aware, I dont dose anything and will continue not too until it is necessary. I will experiment with this over the next couple months and observe the changes.

Added from an existing aquarium, a tiger pistol shrimp over the weekend. Havent located it with my eyes, but certainly made its presence know by snapping.

On another note, my Midas Blenny hasnt been doing to well. Hasnt ate in a couple days and is hiding inside my pink plating monti. I will continue to monitor this very closely the next few days.

It maybe my fault. I cut up its home to sell some coral. I think is frightened because it's homeless.
