    I think there are some general misconception about what you can and can do with T-5s. I am not going to go into all the advantages just post some tanks to show what is possible. I have seen enough just go all the way and maybe you can keep a clam and hopefully some of these tank will dispell some myths.

    i have seen that guys tank before online...its very nice...man i cant wait untill i will be able to set up a nice 100+ gal tank...its only 5 years away lol...maybe more :/

    I finally took the 250 watt halides off the 125 and put the T5's back on. I really like the look much better. More detail shows up with the fluorescents, the color is just as good or better than the 14K halide lamps I was using until a month or so ago. The T5's produce a little more PAR than the yellowish 10K halides I've ran the last month or so, way better color using 180 less watts of power.
