    i do not have a fuge and the carbon is about 3 months old i had alot go wrong all in one go so had to spend out alot in one go so i thought sod it il get this this and this carbon was one of the things i thought id buy on an impulse

    get some chemi pure elite.. keeps my water crystal clear and big help with phosphates..
    my brother had same problem as you and i ran chemi pure elite for him in a small aquaclear and now his water is crystal clear :p

    not sure about the chemi pure. but the carbon should be replaced once a month. i would think it would be the same with most media bags. some you which are "rechargable"
