Found this circular depression today not sure what it is. Any Ideas? Should I be concerned?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Sarcophyton/leathers can reproduce by budding, lateral fission and spawning. The depression could either be the formation of a bud or lateral fission. I would not be too concerned as the coral looks fully expanded and healthy based on the image provided.
