After nearly 3 days of the Melafix: They are both eating good and are both very active with no flashing/scratching. Their colors are still all good and bright and they show no fast breathing. The larger seems to be nearly clear but the smaller seems to have a few more spots although eating good and active. Any thoughts or suggestions?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I would not do a water change unless your have detectable ammonia and nitrites or extremely elevated nitrates say over 30. A big water change at this time will only add stress.

As long as they are eating, and appear other wise healthy I would just make sure you are providing a good diet.

If it is Lymphocytosis, that is a self limiting viral disease and will clear in time on it's own. If it's Marine Ich then the fish are eating and unless noticeably symptomatic, breathing hard at the surface, hiding in the corners then I would let it run it's course for now and again emphasis on stress reduction and a quality diet.

If it was Brookynella the fish would been dead by now.

I would just continue your current course, it seems you have not experienced a noticeable decline in either fish.
