I’m battling same thing. I have a thread about it. Moved my fish to a quarantine tank to treat.
The life cycle of ich can last 30 days. It’s still there even if looks like it’s gone. Cleaner shrimp don’t help. Have to focus on nutrient and quarantine tank to treat.
Read the link on the ich life cycle, it’s very informative and helped me a lot.
Unfortunately the only way to really prevent ich is a QT tank before you introduce into display tank. Your 100g now has ich as well. It stinks!! Again I’m going through same thing right now
    Good luck and keep posting.

If you are able to treat all your fish with hyposalinity treatment in a hospital/quarantine tank i recommend that along with everything Corailline said. That is pretty much the standard with everything, always follow Corailline's advice, she knows all! :)

I would also add that treating with prazi pro is a good idea ..
If possible ,keep a QT tank up all the time..I have had mine up for a few years now .
As i mentioned ,,i learned the hard way in the beginning and lost a lot of fish .

Id like to chime in on this. i once battled this hell of a thing and tried some things listed above. At the time I didnt know much about reef care and what not and I was im hogh school so barely had enough money for anything. Then I tried Kordons ich attack. I believe theirs 2 and one is supposedly reef safe for inverts and corals. I tried it and it got rid of the ich off my fish and didnt have any lose except maybe 2 snails. My lps and sofites werent effected at all but then I read reviews about it and its a hit or miss thing. Sometimes itll kill off the ich and not kill inverts and some corals and sometimes it will. Just saying my experience with it.

Hi sataly,,truth be told ,there are only 3 proven ,tried and true methods to eradicate/kill ich..
    1.Copper
    2. Hyposalinity
    3.Tank transfer method
All the rid ich,ich attack ect..solution out there do not make claims to kill/eliminate ich from your system ..They merely say its a "treatment" for ich in your reef/tank.
A treatment can simply be keeping your fish stress levels low and eating, the ich will subside for a time.A lot of people do this .This can also give the impression that their product worked but in reality the ich just simply finished its cycle..
Once a new stress is presented ,usually a new addition of coral/fish/more rock or even a simple WC ,it can reappear .

Guess your right. If thats the case I'll have to be careful when I transfer everything from my 20 to my 90 and especially when I get the tang I want finally and like you said it did treat it but, its been well over a year since ive seen signs of it and a few times now on think about it, it should have came up if that was the case but like I said thats what im experiencing. I know not everyones tank will be the same.
