It's normal for torch corals to close up once and a while. Not for extended periods and it isn't normal for the tissue to recede as it appears in the picture. It's especially not normal for a torch to die, they are about as bullet proof as you can get. Dips in FW and H2O2 sound extremely extreme LOL. Even mild dips in lugols and CoralRX etc.. don't always go well with Euphyllia. I was curious to see about this H2O2 FW dip and this is the first thing that came up in a google search LOL:
    Hydrogen Peroxide Equals Torch Death

Water changes have always worked fine for me, in over 10 years I've never lost a Euphyllia. They are really tough if they have a good enviorment just my .02.

Alright....we i havent had the best luck with them, not sure why. Almost killed the first one i got, but its doing better now. And then the second died, and the third is now dying. But all other corals are fine. Just don't understand.

There are lots of coral specific pathogens and tiny even microscopic predators that are specific to certain corals. This is known and well understood really. So, it's quite possible that it has some sort of infection. Unfortunately, in the hobby, diagnosis such things, is mostly not possible. So, people resort to dips, in the hopes that the coral is tougher than what is effecting it, and in the hopes that what is effecting it can be killed by these (often proprietary/unkown) solutions. I sort of see it like blood-letting, or the other "medical-techniques" of the past, before anyone actually knew what they were doing. Sometimes people feel they help. I have dipped corals and had them survive, and dipped them and had them die (that's with milder dips than H202 though). I don't know, I've also just done water changes, fed etc.. and had mostly good results. CoralRX is actually pretty mild and I do dip many new corals in it, and wouldn't be too worried. Although, other dipping, I tend to leave any dipping as a last resort. Next choice would be iodine, or iodine based dips such as revive, but these can even be harsh.

Idk, depends what's making it sick. If a pathenogen, depends how it spreads. Could also be something happened that caused stress, that did not effect other, such as nipping from a fish.
