I always wondered how they can get away with adding all the fish, and water right away, and everything seems fine.

Then, I caught an episode when one of them had a worker pour a liquid in he said when Instantly 'cycle' the tank, and he snapped his fingers.??

What is this? How come everyone isn't using it on a new build?

its the debate that keeps on debating. I don't think that bacteria works as well as all that. That being said I think it helps the cycle

It said on the episode what it was, I believe, but I bet they do massive WC's a few times even with that stuff, or have fish loss.

The bottle said ATM Instant Cycle or something like that. Its their own brand of bacteria. With that being said, they dont show you all of the dead fish that they dip out the few days after setup. I dont believe for one second you can use a bottle of bacteria, and instantly overstock a tank like that.

I do remember them saying something about using real seawater on one of the tanks. It was always my understanding the majority of the good bacteria wasn't in the water though.

I'm pretty sure this is waht they're talking about:

    Colony | Acrylic Tank Manufacturing

I'm also pretty sure this does not cycle a tank instantly. I also want to know where all of their bio filter resides anyway because most of the tanks are sparsely decorated and if they are decorated it's with fake rock.
