I'm familiar with the aquavitro line, good stuff. It's still the same though, test before dosing to keep track of what to dose. Any specific questions on dosing cody?

My question I guess would be, why would it maintain my ALK but my MAG and CAL have swings?? From what the bottle says it's two part but also maintains MAG.... that said I have polyp extension and growth?? Last week my CAL was 425 this week it's 475... that said I went up a 1/2 mil per day.... But my ALK has stayed 10 dkh?? And I struggle to keep MAG the same as well

I prefer dosing all 3 seperate. Ionic balance can be tricky. Magnesium will be the equilibrium to calcium and alkalinity. Maintaining steady chemistry in a range is more important than just a number in itself. Every tank will run different and thats why I like to avoid products with multiple things in it. It can be confusing but there are some great readings on the big 3. Determining what your tank consumes is a matter of testing regularly then dosing accordingly. Try to keep it simple though. Stability is key. 425 calcium is fine for that alk range. Keep testing and try to just maintain. Its easy to throw things out of whack when it comes the big 3.
