I edit all my pictures with an app just called photo Editor. It works quite well, i just have to hit the auto fix button and it gets the color pretty close to correct for me. Its the best I can manage with a samsung infuse.

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements on my android phone. Haven't used it much, maybe I'll have to start. I rarely take tank photos with my phone because it sucks at capturing anything but the blues.

Not sure if there's an iOS version, but most likely.

After editing.....(still no DSLR camera, but the color is much closer to what it appears to be)

When I take pictures with my phone, more than not, I put my phone lens up to the glass and focus.
