    So....

I opened my big mouth and ended up getting roped into a review of this product by my friends at Marine Depot. I was to test this on my 5 gallon Fluval pico reef at my office. Guys, here ya go. :)

The Continuum product in intended to help loosen up and remove detritus buildup in your tank. it contains unique microbial cultures and enzymes to do this. In my case, I was fighing the dreaded dinoflagellates. AAAGGHH!!! I had no clue why they were in my tank. but here I was for the first time in my 13 years of reefkeeping doing battle with them. I tried elevated PH, lights out, chemiclean, purigen, chemipure and all that good stuff. Still had them. I tried 90% water change with new saltwater, and with water from my 180. NOPE still had the nasty brown snot. ENTER MY BIG MOUTH.

I got the product on a monday and tuesday I immediately dosed the 5 gallon tank per the directions on the bottle. however since it was a 5 gallon tank, I cut it in half. so 3 cap fulls initially and since then, I have dosed almost a capful each day (except weekends).

    My tank was pretty nasty.

after 1 week. the lights out may have helped a bit to kick start things. and then the continuum product kept it gone.

So, in my case, YES the continuum product did help in the killing of the DinoFlagellates. I now have a very pretty tank to look at while at work. all my mushrooms, Zoas and Frogspawn look wonderful and happy.
as soon as I get my Wifi to cooperate, ill upload today's photo.

MD, thanks for letting me review this product. Ill be posting this review on your website shortly.

well, that is my next goal. I am bringin my bottle of product home tonight to start dosing my 180. sadly, it looks like the bottle will go down fast on my 200 gallons of water.
but we will see how it does.

My nano didnt have a detritus problem at all. still doesnt. I just need a few more snails..
