    Nice!
The more I see planted tanks, the more I am getting intrigued. I love the movement and colors of my SW tank, but I am finding that I love the simple serenity to planted tanks.
Are they as demanding to take care of compared to reef tanks?

Nope, except for high tech tanks, lower tech tanks are very easy to keep and are usually cheap.

I can't imagine any other type of tank being more trouble to maintain than a reef tank :) Nice job and your tank looks really lice 1.0. I'm still blown away at how young you are!

Wow i haven't updated in a while! I'll get a pic tomorrow, the tank is now a sword dominated tank, I'll update the first post to!
On the bad side of news I have to move the tank in a few days because our landlord is kicking us out. Lame.

I'm so sorry to hear that 1.0. I just reread my post going through this and obviously I meant nice tank not lice tank :)

Do you already have another place to go?

Yes, luckily for me it's like 15 minutes away from our new house, in the town where the house I lived in before that is lol
Downside we have to move the tank down almost 30 feet of stairs!

Update: I had some deaths due to stress, all smaller fish.... I have planned to change this tank into a Discus aquarium with this stocking list or similar:
    2 Red Scribblet Stendker Discus
    11 RummyNose or Cardinal Tetras
    3-5 Three Stripe Cories
5 Small Hatchetfish or Threadfin Rainbows
    .... :( and :) In a way....
Pics will come soon, just finished the new scape, water is still cloudy.
