The regulater will run you around $250 to $350 dollars, the tank will require a deposit of around $75 and will cost $10 to $20 to refill. The reactor can be made from a single stage BRS reactor or even a household unit you just need the shell not the filter. It is called a Cerges reactor when done this way.

Check out Green Leaf Aquariums for your regulator and ferts. You can get the supplies for the reactor from Lowe's or Home Depot and the CO2 tank from a home brewer supply or welding supply.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Those are awesome shoots John. I especially like the one with the fish nestled in the plant and the image with what appears to bubbles coming off the pretty red plant.

Thanks Cheryl, the fish is an Otocinclus, a type of catfish, and the bubbles are coming off of the plant and the effect you are seeing is called streaming. Bubbling on the leaves is called pearling. Those bubbles are oxygen.

Thank you. You can definitely add plants already. Types of plants for ground cover are Dwarf Hairgrass, Staurogyne repens, 4 Leaf Clover, Glossostigma, Dwarf Baby Tears, Dwarf Sagittaria, Micro Sword and Riccia.
