    T8 bulbs, how many?

Is the reflector white or polished metal?

15W bulbs, you should be able to keep low light plants in there.

Hygrophila, Cryptocoryne, Java Moss, Java Fern and Anubias are all common low light plants.

I think ill go with the Java fern when the time comes, sounds fairly fool proof. ;) but after talking to the fish guy, im pretty sure im gonna buy new lights, mine were old/used when I got em so they might be bad by now anyway.
I think I really just need to figure out what kinds of fish I want/can have. Research fish then lights then plants ;)
