I loved smoking. That's sad to say, but it's true. I started in grade 7, whatever age that is. I quit when I was 32 and am now 38. I didn't quit for me, to be honest. If I had of quit for myself I would have picked it up again by now.

I quit smoking 7 years ago. After the first few weeks it gets easier.

    Wife? Child?

Honestly I have to admit I LOVED it too. I wouldn't have ever quit for myself.

    Good deal with your brother.....LOL

There is only one real way to "quit" just "quit"! I was a life long smoker and tried the patch several times only to start up again. I finally just "quit".....

    Good luck

I used the patch when I quit the first time. I guess I learned then, that I couldn't have another one ever, if I wanted to stay quit the second time. The first time I quit for almost 3 years and I was in my early 20s.

Good job Casey! I never doubted you could quit because you always struck me as someone who has a great deal of willpower.
