O.K I give up what is a white floaties and what is a BRS ? I no I no I'm old so you have to help us old guys out with all the new terms and abbreviations :)

But yes as long as you keep the redox under 400 then there is nothing much free running around in the water in the way of ozone
I have had several systems to run at 450 or higher with no 03 on them so not sure what the limit is but I find 350 to 400 looks as good as it can get a far as clear water and parasite and bacterial control , I have bumped a few tanks up wards of 500 to see what was the breaking point and ran no carbon at all just bubbles from skimmer did the trick .. No corals or other animals where killed in the process But Kids please don't try this at home I am a professional LOL Joking

OK the easy part: BRS, Bulk Reef Supply (Bulk Reef Supply)

The "floaties"....little specs visible in the tank's water column when the white lights are on. I've noticed them in the videos others post and in some of the photos as well. What I've not been able to do is get rid of them...

Carbon, GFO, Skimming, lots of LR crumble in the sump, and even a canister filter running a 25 micron element (which just plugged up in about 3 day)...have made no visible change in the level of "floaties"...

Now, turn the white lights off, blues only, and you cannot see them (floaties)...then it looks like the fish are suspended in space...really cool!!

The carbon and O3 make the water shimmer like a crystal...but there are still these "floaties"....

dont mistake your 'floaties' for microbubbles getting back to the DT from the sump....

i also had them when i was using crappier salt mix

I would guess "floaties" = "detritus" (poop that's breaking apart)

I see them sometimes, but my flow keeps stuff suspended so my filtration can grab it.

Joe how high off the bottom of the sump did you drill the glass for the pump inlet bulkheads ? may need to add a 90 onto the bulkhead to draw the water from closer to the bottom of the tank and there are a few other things to do to break up any bubbles and will be good for the tank unlike a baffle :) I nevre really found a need for a baffle . lots of unneeded work I think..
