    Hands down, (for me anyways), is my

    Cajun spiced Deep fried Turkey (NOT like fried chicken- no crust- not oily)
    on a sandwich with generous mayonaise. To die for.

    anything Italian is the best leftover - although cajun deep fried turkey leftover sounds divine!
