    Sounds like Condylactis, perhaps compare googled images against yours. Is the anemone hosting any clowns? What color is the base? Are there little raised bumps on it? You could always post an image to nail down type.

    Your lighting is obviously more than sufficient.

    If the anemone's zooxanthellea type have just adapted to the lighting there is really nothing you can do to change the coloration, that might be the anemones true coloration. You might be able to change the lighting kelvin, and that will make the anemones appear a different coloration to some degree.

    Some hobbyist have taken some pieces of an anemone's tentacle, cut it off and feed it to another anemone to see if they could transfer zooxanthellea that way. Introduction of another anemone of the same type is another possibility, you might get some cross zooxanthellea transfer that way as well.

    It is pretty cool reef! I'm just waiting for my anemone to host my clowns. That will be a good day :)

    Agree with Cheryl- sounds like a purple-tip condy. May appear all purple when not fully inflated.
