is the controller worth it? i mean instead of just having them on all the time.

 

If it's your only flow in the tank, absolutely. Chaotic flow that changes is much better than laminar flow.

 

will it work with my normal koralias? or do they have to be the evolution ones? and would 2 750s be good in a 75gal?

 

The only problem with running the Koralias with a WM is the clicking noise they make on startup can be very stressful on the inhabitants. With that being said I just ordered two 1050's with the hydor wavemaker as I plan on removing the rubber bushing that helps keep them from running in reverse. By doing so it stops the noise but there is a chance they could start in reverse. For me I would rather that happen then have to subject my fish to the clicking noise. I will see how often they actually run backwards and post my results. For less then 100.00 dollars for me it was a no brainer. And to think I almsot ordered these last night. Whew!!lol

P.S. TAHD Which Koralias do you own? And the 750's should be fine in your 75 depending on the types of corals you have you may want to go with the 1050's.

 

Well i have a 75 gal with a 750 and 550 noraml koralia in it now. But am setting up a coral frag tank. So i will put the 750 and 550 in the frag because there will only be corals. Then throw the 1050s in the 75.

 

I can't say for sure when it is ending, but I can say you certainly have enough time to place your order
