3reef.com zetlight cup 2012

this is my 75 gallon reef tank......

i did not want it to be technical but wanted it to share the fun and enjoyment that comes from all the hard work.
i also want to thank 3reefs.com for helping me to learn what it takes to be successful,before i found 3reefs.com i had a few nasty crashes. Since reading the forums here my swimmy things are much happier and nobody dies anymore.
i just sit in front of this tank and watch these happy critters and the rest of the world doesn't matter......that is what i want to share with everyone.
and for our friends in china.....

he just loves to snuggle down into his fluffy little bed

This is the toadstool eating red crab that has recently been evicted

this is my "at a glance" tank gauge ......if anything is not right this brain will let me know long before it is unfixable......it also lets me know when i need new lights. i sure would love to try the LED lights and see what this brain would do under those

The orange tree sponge is one of my favorites...i like mr bones too he looks after everything while i'm gone hahahahaha

 

after looking at some of Matt's comments

i thought i should explain that there is a reason for no narration in my video
......although my camera has a beautiful picture quality, my microphone has not worked in about a year......but i figured that i'd enter anyway i hope it's not a major factor

 

just add anotations on your youtube account like i did.

i included my tip through the video editing program and just because i'm not sure how technical the rules are here ......i noticed that you didn't title your entry as stated in the rules and i'd hate to see you not qualify due to that.

our next build is going to be a 150 and i'll be getting some more of that orange sponge for that i love it.....makes it seem more realistic ...to me anyway

 

one more sleep it almost feels like Christmas hahahahaha
