29g to 75g baby fahaka puffer tank upgrade

    Well I'm gonna try my first freshwater tank. I know ill have to upgrade here pretty soon, but while it grows in the 29g it'll give me time to plan the upgrade. My old 29g reef tank is serving as the puffers home now. I know its a little bare but soon ill add more rock and fake plants. Here are some pictures of the little guy/gal.

    just looked up those on youtube and man do those things get big!!!!:eek:

    good luck! I had two green spotted puffers before that I acclimated to full marine over the course of a month or two. Ended up having them for two years before moving on. They never got that big, but puffers are still awesome.

    He/she is cute! I'm dying to get a puffer in the future just not sure what species. Good luck on yours!

    Here's its new home. It has a wet/dry, marineland 50, and an eheim 2217.

    Well hes no longer in the 75g, its been moved to a 125g. Filtration is a huge wet/dry and 2 fx5s. Here are a few pics, one is the day i brought him home.
