Well, my new Scott's fairy wrasse and Red mandarin are in the tank sleeping. No issues with the current residents, probably because I waited until after the tank lights went out;)

Yeah, she is in the sump.

Maybe I can set up a smaller cube upstairs with a nem in it for her to enjoy. And if I ever catch blue bastard the indigo dottyback, he can go in there with her.

My new mandarin is doing well. its a big red male mandarin. I was able to get pics of him. I will post those up tonight. now the X large males cook island scott's fairy wrasse makes very short appearances wandering out form it's LR sand cove for very short jaunts. He will be totally fine:)

Man, I bought two Mandarins. One Not real sure about, one was real healthy. Both died within aweek, and I have a ton of pods. I'm really bummed I can't have one. Might try another at some point.

With mandarins being raised like clownfish now, finding some that are eating prepared foods should be easier now.

I know ORA is raising mandarins now, but I have a friend that is going to raise mandarin fry like he did with his ocellaris clowns. His 200 ocellaris will be ready to be adopted in may, and his 2 mandarins have been spawning in his DT, so the mandarin fry are next on his list.

When my bangghai cardinals breed and release the fry, my overflow will catch them so I hopefully will have baby tank raised cardinals at some point in the not too distant future.

oh yeah, I added a few new goodies this weekend;)

Well, I will be upgrading to icecap electronic ballasts for my halides and replacing the TAR m58's that drive the 2x 250 xm10,000k Se bulbs.
It looks like I will have access to a PAR meter so i will take before and after readings.
