Why Ibluewater has 100 percent of my online fish business

I just received my 4th shipment from Bob at Ibluewater and as usual all the fish arrived alive and in great shape. There are a few reasons I wanted to highlight why I continue to give them my business and why I feel you should as well

Shipping- they double double (yes, two double bag) their orders and include hot packs. Many quality fish shippers do this but not many then "air mail" them to you. What this entails in a direct drop off of the fish at the airport (no sorting facility) and direct pick up from the airport by you. If you live further from an airport, it can be mailed to you but I appreciate knowing when it will arrive, that they have been less handled AND the time in air/bag/box has been reduced (even here in Billings it is less then 12 hours from tank to tank). Another benefit to shipping this way is that its not "pay by the lb". This mean Bob and company are free to use more water and more air. Of course this provides a much better shipping experience for the fish! The two boxes I received today were 22lbs each... That's like riding in a cadillac versus a kia!

Quality- every specimen I have received from Ibluewater has been among the best looking specimens I have EVER seen of that species. Truly, Bob will not ship lesser quality fish. My experience is that you are guaranteed a beautiful fish

Quarantine- I am not sure if it mentions it on his site but he quarantines all his fish prior to sending them on. I know from first hand experience if a fish is not 100 percent he will not ship it. This gives me more piece of mind and would be highly recommended if you don't personally quarantine fish

Selection- of course they have a website, but I appreciate that their selection goes far beyond this and they have done an excellent job of procuring several different species not listed on the site. This includes pairs of sometimes hard to find species.

Service/Knowledge- I have worked with Bob long enough to know he cares about the fish he works with and has the knowledge to make sure you have a great experience. He has gone the extra mile for me multiple times now
