White Led's Not working... Tao tronics....

NIce work, and sorry they never got back to you.
I just wondered did you send a second reply, etc.? Things do get lost sometimes.

In preparation for my 180g going online, I also got a 3rd, chinese style LED.

But this time, multiple colors and dimmers!
Each light also has 4 purple/violets- I think tries to match UV.
These thinkgs are multiple colors and also come standard with 90degree lenses.

I hung it on my current 125g, right between the 2 , 2 color only, non dimmable TaoTronics I currently have.

Wow- you can SEE the difference, and really tweak it with t he dimmers- all for $142shipped!

I just stumble upon this thread and joined the forum..lol, Cant hurt to be in another forum....Anyway, salsalito25, Where did you get those replacement LED's for your Tao-tronics light? . My light had the same exact problem.. I read your post, got out the multimeter and found the bad LED..I bought my lights used on eBay , not directly from Tao-Tronics..I would like to buy a few extra bulbs to have on hand if this happens again.. I just Installed a jumper for the time being and the light works fine minus 1 Bulb.. Any help would be great finding the replacement bulbs.. thanks

 

Here is where i purchased mine at they are like $1.50ea pluss I think $5.00 to ship.. Whats cool is if you have time and patience you can DIY yourown color's to..
