Okay, I'm working on my banner for the contest, and I'm seriously annoyed with Photoshop ATM.

To make an animation, you go to the "Windows" menu then select "animation." Correct? Mine does not have this option under Windows!!!

I'm running Photoshop Elements 9 on Mac. The help content says the "animation" selection is under Windows. YouTube videos say this. But it is not for me!!

Am I just being crazy and not seeing this?? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I would absolutely flunk this contest. I have only used PhotoShop once in my life to get rid of red eyes when red eye reduction was not a standard feature of digital cameras. Maybe.the object can't be animated? I don't know, really. But, hey! Here's a free BUMP for ya!! :p

Quite possibly! I bought photoshop recently, so I figured it would come with it....but maybe not.

Thanks for the idea - I'll look into it!

I am using Photoshop on a mac as well (CS5). The internet is right when saying that you go to Windows>Animation. The only reason that you may not have this option is that Photoshop Elements may not have this feature. It is my understanding that Elements is the cheapest version of Photoshop, so it will not have all the features that the normal Photoshop software has. Hope this helps.

I run Adobe Photoshop CS2. I was able to animate the way you are trying, but I do not believe this features is available with Photoshop Elements.

Well, that's what I thought. But when I went to the Adobe help info in photoshop it said Photoshop Elements 9 has animation and then says how to do it. LOL This is driving me insane! :loco:

I'm just going to give up at this point and be happy with what I have so far!

No problem. Did you try it?
