Bristle Worm?

 

Yes it is.

 

It looks more like a fireworm, possibly Hermodice sp., but not H. carunculata...note the distinct tuft-like arrangement of the bristles.

Oxynoidae is a family of sea snails, bubble snails, marine gastropod mollusks in the superfamily Oxynooidea, an opisthobranch group. This family has no subfamilies.
Feeds on marine algae and mangrove root.

The species shown here is most likely Oxynoe azuropunctata.
