how to know if dead-anemone

hi i just wanted to know how to know if my anemone is dead... i got it 3 days ago its my first one. but it doesnt move or eat or anything...i will get pictures up later today..

 

some times they only eat once or twice a week. pictures will help + what type of anemone is it.

 

when there dying they get slimy and smell bad.

 

Hey! One of the most important syndromes is discoloration. First of all, what kind of anemone do you have ?! Did it loose color ?! Could you post some photos ?!

 

I've seen carpet anemone at LFS with mouth wide open, but other than that it seems to be healthy. What do you think?

 

when every i seen one die it would turn in to blobish mucus and slowly fall apart very bad for tank.

 

don't do it! i don't mean to sound like a jerk but if you have to ask you're not ready for an anemone! wait for it...wait for it....
