Seeing a whale/whales in there natural environment always made me wonder how anyone could harm one. Not gonna lie I cried tears of joy.

There is nothing like seeing them in natural surroundings. We saw MULTIPLE Humpbacks daily. Some breaching, some bubble feeding, slapping there dorsal fins - all kinds of stuff. issue is they would go so fast - hard to get pics. Pretty scary when they come up right by the boat though!

what an adventure, I would love to someday go to alaska for a fishing trip of that caliber, maybe do a little panning for gold while I am there. Those pics are awesome and I am jealous.
I lived in Waldorf, Maryland many years ago, and my dad took me fishing many times on the Chesapeake bay for Rock Fish "Striper". We lived in Texas for most of my life though and I got to take a few trips down to Corpus Christi and Padre Islands, for some Sheephead, and Red Snapper fishing, those were some great memories.

i was watching a documentary earlier today and they said something quite obvious but that still struck me. it was about whale sharks and how there is no data or footage of a whale shark young (probably a good thing since we have the tendancy to destroy everything we touch) but still very interesting if you think about it.

little divergence and food for thought
