Green paly turned brown?

Hey guys 2 weeks back i got green palys and now they are brown, no other problems though.. what can be the reason? My light is 10000k 40w diy led. They are wild caught though.

Inadequate light is the main reason for browning. Unfortunately, when we buy wild-caught animals, we have no idea what conditions they came from, and especially with corals, that can be crucial to their survival. There are radical differences in temp and lighting between a tropical reef and shallow shoreline tidepools; many corals in the pet trade are collected from both (and everywhere in between) and sold from the same tank, and even the LFS can't say where anything came from. Luckily, browning is not a serious problem and can be easily fixed, compared to other issues that can arise from reef-keeping.

 

That tank looks very new. But honestly, that's pretty typical of a coral 2 weeks after introduction to a different setup, ime.

 

Light is low? Distance between paly and light is approx 11" shud i place it higher? zoas are doing excellent, mushrooms and gsp too are growing rapidly.

 

Diatoms have gone and i can see loads of pods population which was not there at all before
