Doesn't look dead yet to me. Put it in higher light and higher flow. Hopefully this will help revive it.

    Hi Brad.

Again, we apologize for the DOA. We hate it when it happens.

Like I said on the phone and through email, we will gladly replace that piece with either credit or a frag of your choosing in the next order (not a frag pack, any order). We even offered your money back, which is breaking our policy, trying to make you happy.

Because of the frag packs that we've been shipping out, we no longer have the rainbow monti's. I did tell you that we just got in a very cool colony of red chili pepper Aussie monti that we'll be fragging up soon. I will gladly replace it with the more expensive monti. On our policy page, we also state that we do not cover shipping on replacement corals. You were asking me to ship you a coral I no longer have, and to cover shipping which breaks our policy.

I'm trying to work with you, but your phone call to me this morning, was all threats that you will blast our name on the boards, bashing me of red bugs, and my shipping methods. I didn't feel like I could do anything to make you happy (offered money back, offered replacement). The last thing you told me on the phone was: "Keep your **** $10, I will blast your name on the boards." I thought that was end of our conversation, so I hung up. I don't think I could have said or done anything else for you to change your mind.

So now I give you the 2 options again:

    1. I will refund you $10 from the frag pack ($100 for 10 ultra frags shipped)
    2. I will send you a replacement frag in your next order (not another frag pack, but any order).

If I get another rainbow monti colony in, I will save a piece for you, triple the size I sent :)

We are here for our customers, and always take care of them!

We're glad to say all the other frag packs made it well, and thriving in our customers tanks.

    Cheers,

    Aqua SD

I completely disagree. I love seeing positive reviews of sponsor site but I want to know what went wrong as well. Its good to know you didn't get red bugs, but I would want to know if a piece had nutis, flatworms, tank-melting-pod-warships, etc.... Aqua SD will respond and peopel can form their own opnion. Personally the cooler the coral the greater the chance of complications, but I would still order from them. They can't help it this time, but however frusterating i think they took good steps to rectify the situation.

The point is that it will cost me more money to get the replacement of the piece that I ordered in the first place. lets say the new frag I order is 25-30$ plus shipping 40$ per what you told me this afternoon thats already thats 65-70$ for more frags that I really didn't want in the first place. I can prob find one here local or drive to the frag swap coming up in other parts of Fl (orlando and Ft lauderdale both in May) and buy a frag there for 20$ but I shouldn't have to because I already purchased one. So again I say to you how is that making it right? Im not after the 10$ refund just pissed about my experience with you and others should know it.
