Dude you are so handy.. When are you going to build something for me? lol just kidding.

This looks awesome, I don't know much about how reactors work or about how much flow each media needs. I have seen the dual reactors and they seem to be in line, so the tumble rate would be the same. It should work, and if it doesn't just ship it to my house. lol

Manifold Inspired by Dboshibby, I removed one pump that was feeding the chiller, I felt it was counter productive. I have the ReefFlo Dart plenty of power to do multiple things. So 3 connections to the manifold, 1 Chiller, 2 media reactor, 3 water changes. I have a two little fishes reactor in the sump with a maxi jet 1200 that will be getting removed. Two media bags in the new reactor with carbon and phosphate media.

Hey Rolo, I just saw a film on BRS TV that says you can put carbon and GFO in the same reactor. The reason GFO when by itself needs to tumble is so it wont clump up. They said mix your carbon and GFO at a 2:1 ratio. 2/3 carbon and 1/3 GFO. Mix it up real good before you place it in your reactor then use the sponges to hold it in place. You would want to place the media near the top of the reactor since the water is coming from the bottom.
I hope this helps. I know it is a late comment, but I just saw the video 2 days ago. Oh and they said flow should be about 300gph.

Not late its still not connected yet. Got a little side tracked with the holiday, and a little laziness. Thanks I'm glad to hear that it would be much better to put them together in one.

Ok so I stopped being lazy and finally finished the project. I couldn't figure a way to keep the Phosphate media separated from the chemipure media. So I kept staring at the canister and it just hit me. the Chemipure is in its media bag on top of the canister. I was due for changing the Phosphate media anyway so good timing I guess.

This is the outlet for water changes. I can now unroll the vinyl tubing to the shower and turn it on. Will make things much easier.
