DISEASE! (possibly)

This morning my naso was looking very stressed and wouldnt eat. Then i noticed two golden-ish spots on my powder blue tang. A couple hours later, a third had appeared. I quickly removed him and put him in a 5 gallon bucket. Now my question is: did i overreact? He was very active and eating fine. If this is a parasite, i do not want it spreading to my other fish. but is it necessary to put him through the stress of a move to a small space? I dont even know whats going on yet.
I didnt notice any of those similar spots on the naso. She is currently huddled up in a corner not moving, doesnt look like she will make it. Before today, both fish looked fine and were eating well, as far as i noticed.
Only recent addition has been a radiant wrasse one week ago. I was unable to quarantine because he needed a sand bed asap. I only just saw him yesterday, but he looked ok until he burrowed back into the sand.
I am running a uv sterilizer. All params should be normal but i am going to check amm and nit. All other fish appear to be fine.

What is my course of action here?

 

I'll try to get a pic but im not sure if i can. The spots are pretty wide, wider that the typical "grain of salt" spots with ich. And they protrude outward.

 

Ammonia and nitrite both undetectable.

 

Not a lot to go on.

Unless you know that you have a contagious disease I would advise not moving the tangs to a bucket in the future. Chances are good that you only stressed the fish more all the while not preventing exposure to the other fish, usually by the time fish are symptomatic what ever the pathogen is the fish have already been exposed, hence quarantine prior to introduction.

Okay looks like i did indeed overreact. For a minute there i saw my whole tank flash before my eyes haha.
If anyone has experience these yellow spots on a fish, please let me know
