Coral on mag float

    One day I found some encrusting monti growing on my mag float, so I decided to frag and glue some red planet to it too. The monti already killed my first attempt... image.jpg

    thats cool, will it not scratch your glas though? and how in Gods name did it get there in the first place?

    I haven't thought about the glass. Guess I'll chip some off. And the only thing I can think of is when I shattered some monti, it might have landed on the mag float. It literally appeared as a spec of green and purple, started to grow upwards, then encrusted.

    Just glued a small piece of birds of paradise on the front of it. We'll see how that does. Maybe I'll just start selling "mini reef mag floats" lol
