The base of my Montipora Digitata is turning white at the base where it's attached to the rock. The rest seems to be going great along with the rest of my corals . Here are my parameters

PH 7.9. (A little low since we closed the windows)
    Alk 9.0
    Ca 380
    Mg 1230

The only thing I dose is Kalk in my ATO

how long have you had it? Have you added any new montis? Maybe monti eating nudibrnachs.

How fast has the white spot spread. RTN vs STN

No new montis, I've had a monti cap and the Digita for over a year. Seems to be spreading slowly, noticed it originally a few weeks ago

I've never heard this before. I don't see the relationship between tissue loss and CA levels.
